Pregnancy & Beyond

I’m certified in prenatal yoga and doula care, and I’m a mom of 4 little ones, so I can provide a variety of sessions to help meet your needs.

Mileage fees for any location more than 30 miles away.

Prenatal Sessions

From breathwork and visualization for a positive birth experience, to working with you and your partner on beneficial laboring positions, prenatal sessions are a wonderful way to help ease anxieties surrounding labor and delivery, ease common pregnancy discomforts, and get you feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally prepared to have an empowered and beautiful birth.

Sessions will be tailored to your unique needs, wants, and desires. Partners are welcome at no additional cost! Props (blankets, blocks, bolsters) are provided.

Postpartum Sessions

Pregnancy and giving birth is an amazing journey, but you also need time to heal and recover. Once you've been cleared to exercise from your OB/midwife, we will focus on gentle and restorative asanas to help bring comfort to the body, mind, and spirit.

From rebuilding the pelvic floor to abdominal strengthening, you will be looking forward to your much needed "me" time. Props (blankets, blocks, bolsters) are provided.

Mama-Baby Sessions

Maybe you're the main caretaker of your little one, and you can't (or don't want to!) take time away - no sweat, bring your sweet bundle along for the ride! As a mama of four, I adore babies and would be so happy to facilitate some special Zen time for you two. If your little allows it, I can help feed, swaddle, or cuddle so you can get your nap (er - savasana) in peace. Props (blankets, blocks, bolsters) are provided.

Single Session (60 mins) - $100

Group Prenatal, Postpartum or Mama-Baby Sessions

Maybe you and your best friend are pregnant at the same time, or you’ve just given birth and already made new mom friends, whatever the group, I can easily turn your sessions into some sisterly bonding or a peaceful playdate with all the babes.
