Welcome

Hi! My name is Aubree and I am so happy you are here. I believe we are all here for a reason. Maybe you already know your reason, your purpose, your “why.” But, maybe you doubt yourself, feel unbalanced or lost. I’ve been there, too. Regardless of where you are on your journey, yoga reminds us that we are already whole. Our inherent purpose is deep within us - will you listen?

I believe yoga is a place of refuge, a source of inspiration, and a gateway to our inner (and most joyous!) self. In this fast-paced world, yoga reminds us to pause, to listen, and to trust our intuition.

Yoga encourages me to show up, even when everything feels too hard, too chaotic, and too messy. It continually grounds me through life’s ups and downs, helping me find balance both on and off the mat. I believe staying in alignment with our true self helps us live with integrity and experience the infinite joys found within ordinary life.

I enjoy exploring various themes and breath techniques, as well as adapting poses to find what feels right for each person. Whether we embark on one-on-one sessions, practice with a group, or explore your changing self through pregnancy and beyond, I hope to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space for every-BODY. Everyone has a story to share, and I look forward to learning yours.
